Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Good work session today and I didnt realize how much it warmed up! Busted shorts out. Some sections of road still all snow because they are in the shade but everything else is melting out. Right calf very tight today. I rolled it out a bit but just woke up with a cramp. Went easier today, thought it might warm it up a little bit but could be a reaction to the miles I am trying to pour on. Good thing I have calf sleeves. Doesn't feel strained, just cramped and tight. Started along Wasson then ran down Paxton, up to the end of it, then came back on Linwood. Good hill to hit but its such a short route. Calf held up but I could feel it.
Essentials: Stretch, roll, pushups
Got my stretch in. If nothing else this was just a good opportunity to shake things out. Spent a while rolling but its still knotted up. Pushups were hard I really went for it until I couldn't do anymore. Thats what the regiment should be from here on out.
