Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Got back in good time to get dressed and out the door for run club. We ran around and eventually ended up in Richmans but Ill be honest not sure where we went to get there. I stuck with a quick group, pace was appreciated. Didn't do add ons here and there, just the 1.5.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Stretched a little bit before jogging back. I was tired and hungry. Calves a little tight but overall things feeling good with the pace.
