Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Quiet day on campus. I got some good work done but knew I needed a run too. Came back while it was still light out and ran down Wasson to Erie then up Marbugh to Paxton and back. Achilles was a little tight but I felt good to get legs moving.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Stretched and rolled out a bit. Not running mid week is tough but its good to reset and fit it in.
