Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Long day long week needed a run badly. Got out right at 5 and suited up. It was just above 40 so I could manage shorts. I really felt it in me today. Ran down Erie almost to the bridge over Redbank then back up and cut down to Wasson to finish up. The drive really pushed the pace and let my mind unwind from the events of the work week. Got dark as I was finishing up, good timing to get back in.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Wasn't as engaged with stretching. Kinda hungry, stomach adjusting from the dining hall. I could use a little more since I didnt get much mileage in till right now, feeling a little tightened up.
