Comments:
2 mile warmup on the track, didn't do the 200s everyone else was doing, jumped in on the fours and the eight, and wasn't feeling it at all, just a little too quick for me. obciously not ready to race just yet. ran easy around the track while the guys finished. my left ankle was bothering me some, not sure what it was and chris was leaving so i'll talk to him tomorrow.
