Weather: Cold, no snow though
Comments:
The middle distance guys did a 3xmile split tempo on MLK today. I felt real good this workout. We dropped the time down significantly each repeat which was great. It left me feeling great about my fitness. I knew the speed would be there I was just woried about how my areobic fitness would hold up. This confirmed that I've definitly got enough to run well this Saturday. We had a few casulties though. Phill turned his ankle and Brett;s hamstring are still sore so I hope they get better for Saturday. Other than that a great day. Did 4x200 after the tempos. Did the first 2 in trainers and then broke out the victories for the last 2 just to see how they felt running fast. They feel great so I'm all set for the race.

4x200: 29.4, 30.4, 29.09, 26.2
Coach worked with me a bit on my form after the run. I need to pump more when I'm relaxed running and pull my elbows in.
Great workout for me overall.
