Weather: 30s, breezy, chilly
Comments:
Ran from Robie with Dom at 7:15. Kept it easy the whole way. A little grindy in the final couple miles.
Felt surprisingly OK throughout.
• Hamstring/upper leg stiffness is improving
• left shoulder wasn't great, but it was fine
• it's no small miracle: almost zero ankle and foot stiffness/pain
