The team ran to G'Belt East out 10 minutes, then
90 secs on pace..60 secs off pace.. then 60 then 30 with 60 secs recovery in between.. then 10 minutes normal running then another 90.60.30 segment. finished the last 1.5 miles fairly ez back to school
