Ran before class today. Felt pretty bad to start out but as the run progressed I felt better and better. It always suprises me how that happens. The run ended up being pretty slow but I ended feeling good which is what matters. Ran by myself which was fine. Probably a good thing since I was not moving very fast at the begining. I'm pumped for Saturday. I feel good about my fitness. Although I am a bit nervous. I just wanna punch my ticket to All Ohio so I can relax and run whatever at the CMU dual.
