Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Very engaged and productive today right up until the end. I think I was still catching up on sleep and the cold is lingering away. Wasn’t exactly planning on a run today but got out there anyways after regrouping when I got home. It was nice out and I need to use running to release a bit whether I like it or not. Ran down to Wasson then cut up the little trail AFTER Erie and came back on Victoria. Just didn’t feel fast today at all. Shoes were a little slippery. Honestly, cant remember if I should be in 10 or 10.5 for Mizuno, and I noticed I was wearing my black racing socks that fucked up my foot at the sun run, so yeah that’s just not a good combo all together. Stick to the thick socks and its not bad.

Weak sauce stretch when I got back I was sweaty hungry and had some research ideas on my mind and wanted to get back to work kinda… Anyways I just felt flat today so stretching and taking it slow might have been good for me,.
