Weather: 88 and humid to start, cooled off and rained. Felt really good.
Comments:
Felt super relaxed and smooth. I kept reminding myself it was a recovery run. Goal was to do 30 min or 4 miles... but kept cruising. I honestly could have gone more... thought about going for 9 but no need.
Splits: 8:32, 8:24, 8:29, 8:25, 8:24, 8:04, 8:11, 8:06.
