Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Long day at work and when you in the lab, office work get shots but I really like being in there when I can. I raced back and got out to run. For my birthday present, they group let me pick the route. We hadn't done Richmans in a while and I like that route. We had a good front pack that broke off and really pushed the pace at certain parts. Just what I needed to feel it. Felt great today and pushed it hard on the way home too.
Essentials: Stretch
Easy stretch when I got back. Then I just needed to wind down a little bit which is fine. Looking back at last year I went for a nice long run then sat out in the warm Vancouver summer sun and that was all I needed for my birthday. Came along way in the last year but still can't tell if I am getting older or not.
