Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I was so demoed last night but somehow got to sleep alright. Woke up super sore and tired but Phil and I went out to shake it off on a sunny run down Wasson and through Xavier and Norwood. I felt ok glad I had someone else to keep with because that would have been a slow slog on my own. Sun felt good and I took the chance to rehydrate.
Essentials: Stretch
Brief stretch but we mostly regrouped and went down to Buskens for donuts then hung around. Legs still pretty sore I need some recovery. Perfect time to finish proposals and study.
