Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Had to race out today to get to run club. It was getting hot and humid. Had a good crew but we wanted to stick to the shade and it was a good call. Felt good went by real quick and I didnt have to push the pace too much. Calves still kinda sore from the race. Stuck around a little bit afterwards and was really thirsty. Then ran home to get back to work.
Essentials: Stretch
Easy stretch. Legs feel kinda beat. They were sore this morning but I managed to bust out 8 like it was no thing. Thats pretty cool.
