Waterfront Trail

Comments:
Pretty tired from yesterday but still up early. Walked at Taughannock in the morning then I could have napped rest of the day honestly. Got a ride to the health club then ran from there. Went around the waterfront, over traintracks, then loop around IHS and back on Lynn and Cayuga. It was tough to get going after a long drive yesterday and not much mileage this week. But I worked into it and started to feel more comfortable. Its also always great to cover the old stomping ground. However coming back on Cayuga sucks because you get stuck at every intersection and it really shakes the roll.

Essentials: Stretch

So soaked in sweat when I got back. Stretched just a little bit because I didnt want to get everything nasty. Then legs tightened up a little bit
