Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Super sleepy today! I went up to CHESS and got some coffee but afternoon was not engaged at all and just wanted to zone out and nap. Getting out to run was hard but it definitely revved me back up. Run was slow though hit the hills with some effort. It was humid but cloudy and cool. Felt nice to be back up there.
Essentials: Stretch
Simple stretch when I got back. Legs not too sore say, but were kinda creaky starting out.
