Comments:
Woke up sick yesterday so I took off running. Felt solid enough today to get a quick 3 miles in on Packard. Strength before, some stretching after. 4ish tomorrow most likely, might double up or go longer because running on Sunday is most likely not a viability because I'll be on a canoe trip.
