SSS Fartlek

Comments:
Down S State Street for a mile and a bit, then began the classic fartlek 1,2,3,2,1 with cooldowns equal to what I had just run. Pace varied from ~6:15 to ~5:55. With no real warmups (other than strength and leg swings beforehand), I was pretty content with this workout on the whole. Hamstring was acting a lil silly, but PT tmrw will reveal everything. Stretched a solid amount afterward. 4ish tmrw? We'll see.
