Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Didnt get a run in yesterday and felt sore this morning for some reason. I was itching and wasn't sure I would go out later this evening so fit in a quick one. Ran out and around Hyde Park fitting in some nice hills. Not hot, overcast, but hella humid made for some sweat and work. Good stuff felt great to get the legs moving. Didnt feel like I was going all that fast today though.
Essentials: Stretch
In to stretch and cool off a little bit. Felt good. Could use a little more though this kinda felt like a shock since legs have been feeling beat up from daily effort on campus honestly.
