Comments:
Waited until later in the afternoon to run. It was nice out at that time. But I felt cooped up from snacking and sitting. I really rolled into it. Started out slow but finished really hard, tempo pace, on my way back up Madison and Erie. I dont know where it came from but I rolled with it and it felt great. Needed that.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch and rehydration. My legs were sore this morning and I was pretty tired but this felt like a good shake off and check on the state of fitness.
