Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Rushed over to the REC after work to run with TURC. Hal was only gonna go for 5 miles so I turned back with him after 2.5 because I really can't stand most of these people and I really like Hal. I contemplated going out farther after dropping him off but argued myself into doing ab work instead. Legs have been sore overall in general so I figured it was a good idea, plus I was in hurry to get to the 'going away party.'
I did the 'CC abs' the Boots taught me. Made me realize that I need to do more core work because my core is weak as shit. I always neglect that.
