Comments:
PT this morning went very well! Got shown some new exercise to target hamstring, including more bandwork and stuff with exercise ball. Timeline for getting back on the running saddle could be expedited if I do everything right, fingers crossed.
This one was tough can’t lie, but it was worth it. Will cycle in some interval stuff next week. Strength before and after, plus minimal stretching. Walk tmrw, OFF Sunday.
