Comments:
Getting dark out now at run club. We had a nice pack and I needed a good run today. Raced up the hill at Xavier and also threw the jets on as we finished down Wasson. Still got something in there despite what you might think.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch when I got back. Was gased out though.
