Back at run club. Small group. We had a little turkey scavenger hunt. But that meant we were kinda dittoing around along the way only went down to Marburg. Fine I just needed to get my legs going for this week. Here we go.
Essentials: Stretch
Did a bit of stretching around the lot then brought it back home to finish up. Legs feel alright after the past week.
