So tired last night and I took my mental health seriously today. This week was such a rush I didnt even get around to logging anything. Not good. That meant at least I needed getting a little jolt outside. It was chilly today. Thats fine. Went right before sunset. It was creaky but I got out there. Mind immediately drifted to lab work but I didnt fret and just ran with it. Felt alright but even better I made an opportunity to get out there.
Essentials: Stretch
Came back. Simple stretch legs feel it now since they didnt get anything really this week. More miles that last weekend though.
