Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Longest run yet, no pain whatsoever. I'm thinking I'm completely over this thing, which is great. I just need to make sure I see Chris for some rehab stretches and make sure that I don't keep running too fast, because it will get me hurt. Plus, the slower I run on easy days, the more I get to enjoy it.

What's NOT great is that I still won't be able to race for a few weeks, at least not until I have some workouts under my belt. I had to watch everyone race today and honestly, I was green with envy. I want to race again, I need competition. Its the only thing I'm missing....but not for long.
