Comments:
we got to cortland at about 4 pm. the meet started at five. i warmed up with tim. we did 4 different warmups that added up to 13 minutes.we stretched and did speed developement. i started out 1st in the mile, but i was soon passed by tim and matt moody. when cody passed me,i decided to go with him because i knew i could outsprint him in the end. i feltgood throughout the race, and i feel like i should have tried to catch tim when there were four laps to go, but intead i keppt going with cody. at the end, cody was ahead of me but i beat him on the last straightaway. the 4*800 was next. i did not warm up very much for it. my knee was hurting from the beginning of the track meet and now my hip hurt too. i ran the 4*8 and got a time of 2:18. i was second in my team and we won overall.
