Comments:
Knees felt completely fine but cold was kicking my butt. Extended .5 down Fitchburg and came back to round mileage (lap around the "block"). Stretch before, full stretch after. 4-ish tmrw. I think best plan of action is keeping mileage in 20s/lo 30s until New Year and then re-evaluate. Might book a PT appointment in DC for break just to be extra careful.
