Comments:
Late gettin out there but made it out there nonetheless. First time doing the loop this way in a hot minute. Other way is def better but had to mix it up. Strength before, some stretch after. 4ish tomorrow to take week to 40, then next week will be huge down week, dunno if I'll even get to double digits with travel and adjusting to altitude.
