I guess this is getting me into shape?

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 80s and decently humid

Comments:
Bug wanted to run at noon and one doesn't say no to their captain. Ran up Wisc to intercept. With the fencing around the burned out church, I now go through the park and it took me 5:22 at a casual pace to reach Oliver and Wisc. We meandered through Somerset and Kevin Barr's hood, taking Little Falls road to Little Falls trail to Crescent intersection. Returned up to Bethesda Pool before cutting through parking lot and Somerset on Morgan Dr and parting wasy with bug at Wisc. I was toasted by this point and the sore throat I've had since the run might indicate I'm fighting off a virus. Either that or the heat and low mileage of the past month and recent blood donation and the three solid runs in a row have me beat. Either way, there was a few minutes of sitting dazed on the back porch before I managed a rejuvinating shower. Coming up from Wisc and Oliver was 5:06 with a modicum of effort. Along the Crescent uphill we were at 7:50 pace, but we'd started slower than that, I think.
