Central Park -Riverside Park

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 80ish and not very humid

Comments:
A large, unwieldy family run with Berenbom as well! Got a bit of a late start as various family members gathered outside of the Normandy over a 15 minute span. Jon had come over and he and I looped for 6 minutes waiting on Steve to change. Eventually ran to the park, regrouped, and then split up by pace again as Cleo, Jon, and I looped the bridal trail around the reservoir ahead of the others. Back to the apartment with the brothers and then a loop into Riverside up to 96th and back. Extended with Jon to 78th and back. Pace was moving quickly for the second half and the run was satisfying although I never felt loose nor fresh. Dinner with full family at Sparks to honor Dad's 90th.
