Comments:
No strength or stretch after, just felt like getting out there before the weather turned south and/or I would be busy with arrivals. 20 miles this week! Pretty content with the work I was able to get in. Will sit at this weekly distance for roughly 3 weeks but we'll see how that goes and if I'll need more time to recover or am chomping at the bit to add more.
