3x800 2:49, 2:49. 2:55 (i think i just gave up on the last one. i didnt feel that bad)

so this workout was sorta bad. these paces are much slower than what I want my race pace to be, but I really was not pushing it all. I was getting sorta frustrated that these were the paces that felt like race pace. It was more my legs than my breathing. Barnes gave me more rest between the 4s and maybe the 2s?
