another pace workout. 2min tempo, 3x800, 3x400, 3x200. knee tightened up on last 8. not good. ice bath after to recharge everything. felt kinda sluggish throughout. pace was for a 9:45 3k or 16:15 5k. want the 16:15 so its going to take a bit more.
