got there around 5 because of my late monday class, everyone else was gone and i was about to have to do this on my own but thankfully peter happened to be doing a workout this day. warmup with him to mlk, drills. 15 minutes tempo pace with 3 minutes rest, 10 minutes tempo 2 minutes rest, 5 minutes tempo. cooled down very slowly with megan and thea who were also tempo-ing as well as steve, paul, and john who came out to make sure we got back safely.
