Comments:
Late night and I was just really tired today. Was on campus most of the day, kept eating and then got super nap feeling in the afternoon. I knew a run would help a little bit but I did not want to run at all today. Just did a short stint around Hyde Park really just to shake off what every accumulated this week. I got going there near the end and added on a little bit around the block even. It wasnt enough to feel a reset or like I build something up, but it was out there and logged.

Just stretched a little bit and I'm still really tight in the left actually.
