Post-PT! Learned a new exercise or two, goal is really just to stay healthy through nationals, then take some time to recuperate and build slowly for the winter. No real stretch after. 6ish tmrw with strides, then 5k on Sunday. Unsure if I will tempo/race it or just jog it still. Game time decision!!
