It was time for some shorter faster stuff, so I jogged to the track from Alice Lloyd an extended way, a few short drills, then strides, and then to the workout of 16x200m, w 200m cooldowns in between each rep plus an extended cooldown halfway. Times were 34.4

All in all good workout. I tried different strategies to take time off the reps, like pushing myself to go faster every 50 meters, or focusing on keeping my eyes up and on the finish for most of the rep. Either way, speed may not be my strong suit, but I felt good out there and I’m excited for Saturday! Jogged an extended way back home and did a little stretch. 6ish tmrw, 4ish Friday.
