Comments:
Hoover to Main to Pauline, turning around at Stadium. 4 longer strides last mile. Plan for workout tomorrow is, tentatively "2-3 x (K-K-4) with K’s at 5k pace and the 400 at mile pace. Rest: 2 mins after K’s and 3 mins after 400." Will adjust as needed. Might do after my 5:30 if my morning gets too busy. We'll see! Good round of strength after, solid stretch as well.
