Comments:
Back on campus today. With MLK, I didnt see anyone. I struggled, felt really tired in the afternoon so I cut out a little early and refreshed before run club. We went to Listermann and joined the Cincinnati Run Club because Withrow is all iced up and dark. They had a route to just go around Xavier campus which as a good call because it was all cleared up. I felt really cold the first lap, good the next two, then started to feel it on the last one and called it there. At least there was a pack to run with. Ill call it a good one needed to get out there and brave the cold.
Essentials: Stretch
Real mild stretch at Listermanns after and I really started to tighten up. Hard to stretch there. I didnt want to get cold again so popped back to clean up and stretch a little more.
