Certainly the strangest length of pickups I've ever done for a workout. Jogged 1.5 to track, then warmed up w a few drills n strides n got into it: 8x900m (300m rest) @ 3-3:15, then 4x300m (100m rest) @55ish. First 100m into the final 800m made it kind of easier, but was struggling to do mental math in my head to stay on pace. Mostly just focused on consistent effort and milking the cooldowns (which were around 2 mins each). Felt strong, mileage from recent weeks is finding its way into speed.

Jogged 1.5 home after a lap cooldown. Might or might not double later, depending on how legs are feeling. Will certainly stretch and roll later as well. Strength before was also a major key.
