Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Run After MAGV. Run felt great, legs felt great and it has warmed up a bit (10 degrees)
Split a 6:38 on campus connector. Its amazing how much faster I run when my shoes are actually touching cement/pavement and not packed down snow/ice. Really looking forward to March already.
Woke up in the middle of last night with a calf cramp. Stretched it and went back to bed. Probably because I went out drinking and was dehydrated.
