Comments:
Very busy blitz of a day. I didnt quite make it to run club. We met down at Friendship park, and I must have been like 2 minutes late. I didnt feel like running down there in the dark by myself since I was hungry and rather finish up at home. So I turned around came back up and went right out. I missed an opportunity to see some action on the bridge though, apparently there was a high speed chase on 71 and a crash then the perp hid under the deck of the bridge for a few hours while the cops tried to catch him. What a fiasco for traffic especially. Anyways, short, rapid pace trying my best to dodge the ice. Nice to see other runners out there at least with their lights. Just what I needed and I was happy to end at home where I could pop in and clean up. I needed a little release after a bust day today.
Essentials: Stretch
Decent stretch. Legs felt kinda sore from yesterday and they feel worked now. Great.
