Weather: 30's; Overcast

Comments:
Strength at home, then jogged extended way to track, then did warmups and strides. Bit of an odd workout again this week, modified downward ladder – 5 x 600, 400, 300, 200, with rests of 50-90 sec in between reps, lap jog in between sets. Goals were, respectively, 1:55, 80, 55, and 34. First set came with ease, but after full 2 I was quite beat. Still, held on through 3 and 4, then 5th set felt like a blur. Got some good speed in on the last 2. Track had some snow in first lane, chose to avoid it rather than run thru it.

Long cooldown, then short stretch. Sore, but L knee is holding up pretty well. 6-7 tmrw, then 8ish on Thursday, then 4ish on Friday before meet day on Saturday.
