Tired this morning, didnt sleep well past few days. And I still need to grind today and have a little bit too much on my mind. It was nice and sunny today but kinda chilly. Did a short little run around Norwood to put things into perspective. Felt alright too.
Essentials: Stretch
Kinda stretched when I got back but was also lazy. Legs feel fine. Got three runs in this week thats what matters.
