Feeling a little more laid back this week. Had a good run with the crew on our first sunny run post daylights. Took it slow with Carl and Natalie, didnt cover the top group and that was just fine with me. I was kinda sore from just one run this weekend but lots of walking and sunshine. Good stuff looking forward to good summer runs.

Essentials: Stretch

Ehh minor stretched when I got back I was hungry so I went to get some food ASAP. Legs kinda sore now.
