Comments:
Afternoon class got canceled, sun was out - all signs pointed to a double. Workout went really well this morning, truly the best I've had in weeks. Pre-break sluggishness was brutal, and the lack of sleep during break was no fun, I can't lie, but now we are so back. Short warmup before, even shorter stretch after. 7ish tmrw?
