Comments:
Strength before, then jogged extended way to Harvard, did some drills, then got to the workout itself – 6xHarvard + 6xRidgeway. Had never done the latter! Splits for the former were all under 1:20, which is seasonal progress: I was struggling to get under 1:25 the past few times I've run Harvard Hills. Ridgeway was a little shorter and not much steeper, splits all around 1:04 for ~0.17ish. Felt strong throughout. Eyes on 70 for the week still.
