Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Rain came in this morning and there was a little gap. I was just chilling today getting ready to go tomorrow and took run at the right time. There was some wind in the air and it felt a bit humid but it was nice to get outside and go. Lots of people out on Wasson. I didnt feel particularly fast but I felt like I could run out there. Shoes do feel beat to shit though.
Essentials: Stretch
Got a good stretch actually when I got back. And I was pretty sweaty. Been a while since that rolled in. Probably gonna be walking and on the move a lot next week.
