Comments:
Simply could not bring myself to do any homework after cooking house dinner, but still had a bunch of latent energy, so I figured I could do myself a favor and get the workout out of the way before tomorrow. Jogged shorter ext. way to track, did a few drills and strides and got going with the plan of 5x600 (w 200m jog in between) @ mile pace, then 3xmile. Definitely sore after yesterday/this morning, but made concerted effort to keep 6s under 2 mins, which is not quite mile pace but still good speed work nonetheless. Miles were tough, but it was good practice in compartmentalization. I let loose on the last mile rep, just wanted to see what I could do. Last lap of that was ~ 70 seconds.

Caught my breath, then cooled down home and called it. 8ish tomorrow, most likely. Will be out of town leaving tomorrow afternoon, then back on Sunday. Hopefully good routes around KY Air BnB. OFF Sunday looking like.
